ORDERING ONLINE


When ordering online, delivery usually takes 3 - 4 business days. However, we do provide an overnight courier service, should you require it. Please contact us with your request. We offer international shipping to other countries. Please contact us for more information and we will gladly assist you. If an item is not available online, it might just be out of stock temporarily. Please contact us with your requirements and we will assist you with your order.




AMEND OR CANCEL AN ONLINE ORDER


We can gladly amend orders that have not yet been dispatched. We can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Please contact us and one of our team members will happliy assist you.




SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT


Our prices are quoted in South African Rands. Wear Jo currently accepts Visa, Master card, American Express, credit and debit cards as well as direct bank transfers (EFT). If the payment is by bank transfer, we need proof of payment. Until we have confrimation of your payment your order will not be shipped. In order to give maximum security to the purchase process, Wear Jo uses a secure payment system. Our server encrypts all personal information guaranteeing the security of your payment transaction.




RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return/exhange within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached together with the origional invoice receipt. Please contact us and we will gladly assist you. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, face masks and earrings. Please note: returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Refer to our Returns Policy.




DAMAGED OR MANUFACTURING DEFECT


Our goal at Wear Jo is total satisfaction of our customers. If you have received a damaged or a defective product, please contact us with the details. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund.
