  • What is Payflex?
Payflex offers truly free payment plan in South Africa. Check out with Payflex and pay only 25% of the purchase price today. Your goods are shipped immediately. And you pay the rest over 6 weeks at no additional cost (zero fees, zero interest*). * Default fees apply if you miss a payment.
  • How do I register for a Payflex account?
Payflex prides themselves on simplicity and making payments hassle-free. To apply for your Payflex account simply, select Payflex as your payment method at checkout, provide your ID number, and they’ll assess you in seconds. No documentation required. It’s that simple.
  • What cards does Payflex accept?
You can use any American Express, Visa or Mastercard card (Debit, Credit or Cheque) to make a Payflex payment. It’s so simple.
  • Is it safe to use Payflex?
Absolutely. Payflex is an established payments company, and part of the $1bn Zip Co group that is listed in Australia. All payments are processed through state-of-the-art PCI compliant payment systems that ensure the security of your payments.
  • Is there really no interest and no extra fees?
That’s right and we’ll shout if from the rooftops! THERE REALLY IS NO INTEREST OR EXTRA FEES. Simply put, Payflex is not like your traditional finance companies. They believe in giving you the choice to get it now and pay later! Pay your scheduled payments on time and you’ll pay the original price your item was advertised for. It does sound too good to be true, doesn’t it? There’s only one time you would ever pay more … if you miss a scheduled payment, then sadly, Payflex will have to charge a R75 (incl. VAT) default fee to cover their costs and a further R75 (incl. VAT) for every week the instalment is outstanding for a maximum of three (3) charges. So, to avoid the added drama, just make sure you have money in your account in advance of your scheduled instalment. They will email you in advance every time as a reminder.
  • Why wasn’t my application accepted?
To take advantage of flexing the way you pay, you’ll need to meet our minimum requirements. If you weren’t approved for a flexible payment plan then you may have a poor credit history or no history at all. After all, Payflex is giving you access to a free-spending plan, so their system will need to assess a number of factors to work out your spending limit. Unfortunately, if you don’t meet them, you will be declined. It’s not that Payflex is being mean, just responsible. They actually have your best interests at heart, and they need to make sure customers are all geared up to make payments on time.
  • How many orders can I have at the same time?
If you’re a first-timer with Payflex, then you’ll have to hang tight until your second scheduled payment has been paid. After that, you can go multiple-order crazy.
  • When will my payments be due?
Your first payment of 25% will be paid upfront and your goods will be delivered as if you’d paid the whole shebang! After that the next three (3) payments of 25% each will be paid automatically every two (2) weeks, for six (6) weeks. Payflex will definitely try to take your payment during the day, but if things go pear-shaped for whatever weird technical reason, or if you’d like to make a payment earlier, you can log in to your Payflex account (https://portal.payflex.co.za/login) and make your payment manually. Just a heads up, you’ll need to make the payment before midnight on the day it’s due or you’ll incur that dreaded default fee of R75.00 (incl. VAT).
  • I can't find my question here?
We've tried to add answers to the most important questions but if you can't find an answer here, please visit Payflex's FAQ! If you still weren't able to find an answer to your question, contact us: Phone: 066 191 0554 Email: shop@wearjo.com
  • When will I have to pay?
Your first payment will be paid upfront and your goods will be delivered immediately! The next two payments will have to be paid at the end of month and the end of next month. If you order after the 15th of the month, your 2nd payment will only be scheduled for the end of the next month. You can pay your second and third instalments by logging in to your ZeroPay account.
  • How do I apply?
Complete the simple 4 step online application during checkout or on ZeroPay website: www.zeropay.co.za/apply
  • What are the qualifying criteria and how long does the application process take?
You need to be between the ages of 18 and 65, earn a minimum of R5 000 a month and be a responsible credit user (we check your credit record). If you qualify, your approval is instant as soon as the application has been completed! ZeroPay does recommend that you do the application before you go shopping, just to ensure you’re ready to go.
  • What is my spend limit?
You will be approved for a spend limit based on your application at approval and you will be able to spend once. This spend limit is customised to each shopper and is based on a few factors, including your payment behaviour. ZeroPay wants you to spend as much as you want to, but your first spend is limited until they get to know you. If you pay your account on time, your spend limit can be increased. They will let you know when this happens. If you have missed a payment, ZeroPay may also decrease your spending limit. You will be able to spend more than your approved spend limit, but instead of paying 3 x equal payments, 50% of the invoice amount is required as your first payment. They are still Zero fee and Zero interest payments. 1st payment: 50% 2nd payment: 25% 3rd payment: 25%
  • Are payments really interest and fee free?
Yes - it’s in ZeroPay's name! You will pay Zero fees and Zero interest (only if you pay on time).
  • How do I pay for my account?
You can pay with any Debit, Cheque or Credit card (all Visa and Mastercard’s accepted) via our online secure payment gateway, Payfast. Ensure your payments are up to date in order not to pay the penalty/default fee and interest!
  • What happens if I miss a payment?
Your payment behaviour is very important – your payments will always have Zero fees and Zero interest, as long as you pay on time. If you miss a payment, you will be liable for the penalty/Default Fee of R125 (ex VAT) for every payment you have missed, Default Interest on an overdue balance charged at a rate of 2.00% per month (calculated daily) and ZeroPay may also decrease your spending limit. If you are unable to meet your payment commitment, please let them know as soon as possible by contacting support@zeropay.co.za.
  • Is my information safe?
Rest assured, ZeroPay will never share your data with third parties and will always adhere to the strictest of privacy protection policies. See their privacy policy here.
  • What happens if I cancel my shopping order?
Once your order has been cancelled, Wear Jo will request for the amount to be refunded on ZeroPay after which they will refund you directly into your back account. Don’t stress, this can take some time, but ZeroPay will work to get it back to you soonest! If you have any questions please get in touch with us!
